Positions:

Drivers
Ability to drive a large van and navigate effectively by map required; familiarity with 2m radios and experience driving chase preferred. Cell phone ownership is also a plus.
Pay: depends on experience and (not required)ownership of a suitable vehicle.

Launch Crew
Help the launch run smoothly, laying out gliders. This is a volunteer position, and doesn't necessarily preclude getting some flying in once launch is quiet.
